Police Appeal for Information On Oil Thieves

POLICE are appealing for witnesses and information after an attempted theft of oil in Billingborough.
The incident occurred when police responded to an alarm call from the Village Hall on Chapel Street at 7.36pm on Tuesday evening (January 4).
Officers disturbed the offenders when they responded and the offenders left on foot, leaving behind a white LDV van, registration R309 NRR.
Police wish to speak to anyone who might have seen the van in or around the area or who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the village that evening.
